Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We are committed to providing you with a positive experience. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations and no-shows:

Refund Policy

• Single Session or One Time Event: To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will cost a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50.

• 12 Session Pack: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you complete all 12 sessions within six months and are not satisfied with the results. To qualify, please notify us in writing within seven days of completing your final session.

• Talk in Japanese 5 Session Pack: If you decide not to use all of your sessions within 3 months, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the number of unused lessons. For example, if you have used 2 out of the 5 sessions, you will receive a refund for the remaining 3 sessions. To request a refund, please contact us within the 3-month period from your payment date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued after 3 months from the payment date.

 

No-Show

• A missed session without prior notice will be considered a "no-show" and will be counted as used. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

• Late Arrivals:

  If you arrive late, your session will be shortened, and no additional time will be added. You will still be charged for the full session. To ensure adequate time for each session, the coach will wait for up to 10 minutes.

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
