Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our life coaching services. We understand that life's unexpected events can sometimes interfere with your scheduled coaching sessions. To ensure that our coaching relationship runs smoothly and efficiently, we have developed the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Notice Period: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full fee for the session. However, we understand that emergencies can arise, and we will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.

Missed Sessions:
No-Show: If you fail to show up for a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, you will be charged the full fee for that session.

Payment for Missed Sessions:
Billing: Any fees incurred due to missed or late-cancelled sessions will be billed to your preferred payment method on file.

Exceptions:
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will make exceptions for genuine emergencies. (The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.) In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible.

Coaching Relationship:
Termination: Repeatedly missing or late-canceling sessions may result in the termination of the coaching relationship. We want to provide you with the best support possible, and consistent attendance is essential for your progress.
