Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We are committed to providing you with a positive experience. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations and no-shows:

Refund Policy​​

​

• Introductry Program: If at any point within the first 30 days of practicing daily focus you don’t find value in the program, we’ll gladly issue a full refund—no questions asked.

​

• Advanced Coaching Pack: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you complete all sessions within six months and are not satisfied with the results. To qualify, please notify us in writing within seven days of completing your final session.

​

• Single Session or One Time Event: To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will cost a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50.

 

No-Show

• A missed session without prior notice will be considered a "no-show" and will be counted as used. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

• Late Arrivals:

  If you arrive late, your session will be shortened, and no additional time will be added. You will still be charged for the full session. To ensure adequate time for each session, the coach will wait for up to 10 minutes.

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
