We warmly invite you to a special Valentine’s Day gathering at Zen House Kominka, a restored Japanese farmhouse offering a rare setting of beauty, calm, and thoughtful hospitality.
Created in collaboration with Open Soul Wines and local musicians, Darrell and Christi Brann, OK Theater, this day features two distinct experiences, both centered around exceptional Open Soul wines and the intimate atmosphere of Kominka.
Midday Wine Pairing at Kominka
Saturday, February 14 | 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
$75 per person
A guided wine pairing experience showcasing a special selection of Open Soul wines, thoughtfully paired with Japanese Otsumami bites, curated by Kiyomi Koike. Hosted in Kominka’s serene setting, this midday experience invites slow tasting, conversation, and discovery.
21+ adults only, ID Required
Dinner at Kominka with Live Music
Saturday, February 14 | 5:00 – 8:00 pm
$150 per person
A multi-course, Kaiseki-inspired Japanese dinner served with excellent Open Soul wines throughout the evening.
Live music during dinner will be provided by local musicians Darrell and Christi Brann, adding warmth and rhythm to the evening while preserving an intimate dining atmosphere.
21+ adults only, ID Required
Please note: live music is part of the dinner experience and is not included in the wine pairing.
For couples wishing to linger, overnight accommodation at Kominka is available Saturday night for one or two couples.

These events take place at Kominka, approximately 6 miles north of Enterprise, Oregon, off Hwy 3.
Space for both experiences is intentionally limited to 12 guests for the midday pairing, and 8 guests for the dinner.
